“1D” functionalities: Automated transfer and analysis of single samples
“1D” functionalities family: the robot arm is used as a single-axis goniometer for“small” samples (samples that can be centered on the last physical axis such as sample rotation during analysis involves only this axis). Sample transfer capability can also be involved.

Main features |
The robot arm is used as a goniometer for the analysis of a single sample, such as: Thanks to centering stages, the part of the sample to be analyzed is centered on the last robot axis. This axis is oriented as needed, and translated so that the sample is placed in the beam. Rotation during exposure can be performed with a very high accuracy (see specifications below).
